- Remove cobwebs
- Dust mini-blinds, windowsills, light fixtures, pictures, fans etc.
- Scrub shower tiles or fiberglass and shower floor, polish faucets and showerheads
- Clean shower doors inside and outside, polish all chrome parts
- Scrub bathtub and tiles in bathtub area, polish faucets
- Clean and dry vanity top (all items removed, wiped down and replaced)
- Clean and dry sinks, polish faucets
- Polish mirrors
- Wipe down cabinets, switchplates and doors
- Scrub toilets both inside and out (including toilet seat, base and behind)
- Empty trash
- Vacuum and wash floor by hand including baseboards
- Shake or vacuum bathroom rugs and replace when floor is dry

| **KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM |
- Remove cobwebs
- Dust mini-blinds, windowsills, pictures, chair rails, and fans
- Wipe down cabinets, switchplates, doors and doorframes
- Wipe down dinette table and chairs
- Clean countertops (all items removed, wiped down and replaced)
- Clean exterior of range, rangehood, dishwashing machine, refrigerator incl. top
- Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer
- Clean microwave oven inside & out
- Scrub and polish sinks and faucets
- Empty trash
- Vacuum and scrub floor by hand
- Shake out or vacuum kitchen rugs and replace when floor is dry
- Clean one set of sliding glass doors inside and outside (just inside during winter or rain)

- Dust mini-blinds, windowsills, fans, air vents, chair rails, light fixtures, (within reach)
- Dust and polish (if requested) all furniture and dust knickknacks
- Clean mirrors (mirrored walls not included) and glass tables
- Wipe switchplates, doors, and doorframes
| - Wipe down baseboards (every other time)
- Vacuum upholstery in family room
- Empty trash
- Vacuum carpets and/or area rugs
- Dust mop or vacuum and wash all resilient floors by hand
- Vacuum and/or wash stairs by hand
- Remove cobwebs
